General Enquiries

Missing bricks or broken bricks?

We're sorry that something was missing from you new LEGO set. Don't worry though, The LEGO Group can send the part you need directly to your home. Claim at below URL.

How long will delivery take?

We'll try our best to pack & ship your parcel on the next day of your order. Delivery by courier usually takes 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-10 working days for East Malaysia.

How do I select a suitable LEGO® set for my children.

Our LEGO® sets are categorized by age, brick count, and price. You may use our ‘Filter’ to sort products according to your child’s age and preferred brick count; or refer to the product page’s description for more details.

The LEGO® I want is no longer in stock (not available), will it be restocked?

We'll try to restock some of the more popular LEGO® series online. Alternatively, you may contact us on whatapps to check on its availability.

Do I need to register as a member to purchase online?

You do not need to be a member to purchase online, but you can enjoy more perks when you purchase with our VIP membership! Find out more about the benefits and how to be a VIP member here.

Otherwise, you can still purchase via Guest Checkout if you are aged 18 and above. Just ensure all details provided during your checkout are valid and up to date.

Order Enquiries

How do I check on my LEGO® order status?

Log in to your Home of Bricks account, then head to 'My Account' and access 'Orders' to view the status of all your orders.

Can I cancel my LEGO® order once I have made payment?

Unfortunately, all successfully paid orders are final. We will not be able to cancel your order, so please check your orders thoroughly during checkout.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're so sorry about receiving damaged product, as we're unable to control courier handling. but if you received wrong product please contact us on whatapps.

Are there any physical LEGO® Certified Stores I can visit?

No. Sorry currently we're unable to let customer to walk-in purchase.

What's the product transaction currency?

All product transaction currency will be in RM (Ringgit Malaysia)

Shipping & Returns

Do I have to pay for shipping? Can I track my shipping?

Shipping rates will shows at your order. Once your order has been dispatched, an order confirmation containing tracking details will be sent to your email address.

Do you ship on weekends? What if I’m not around and have missed the delivery?

Unfortunately, our domestic courier partner is only able to ship your items on weekdays, during office hours. Should you happen to be away during the delivery, our courier partner will contact you, or leave a note at your delivery address to arrange a new delivery date.

Please ensure that your contact number and shipping address are accurate during checkout. You will be charged for a new delivery if your parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect delivery address, or unavailability during the specified delivery period.

Can I get a refund for my LEGO® set if I am not happy?

No. All LEGO® purchases from Home of Bricks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Payment Enquiries

What are my payment options?

Mobypay is Home of Bricks trusted payment gateway, enabling LEGO® customers to make payments via credit/debit cards, and online banking.

Home of Bricks does not accept cheques, money orders, or purchase orders. Note: The credit card used for payment must be registered to your order's billing address.

Do I have to register for an Mobypay account?

No, that is not necessary. Once you have checked out, you will be prompted to Mobypay payment gateway. You only have to key in your payment details as a guest.

To avoid disappointment and disruption in communication and delivery, please ensure all details provided during your checkout are valid and up to date.

Does Mobypay keep my personal information?

No. Mobypay is a portal that only links you to various online banking options. It will not store any of your personal details.
