Welcome to the Home of Bricks Online Store. The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors and users of this site. By accessing www.homeofbricks.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Sales & Return Policy
Home of Bricks is dedicated to providing the best service to ensure you receive your desired LEGO products. While we strive for excellence, there are factors beyond our control. Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped in mint in sealed box (MISB) condition. To ensure your product arrives in pristine condition, we wrap each item in a layer of bubble wrap and fill any voids in the package with additional bubble wrap or air pillows. This minimizes movement and provides sufficient cushioning against external forces during transit.
However, we cannot guarantee protection against all potential damages during shipping, such as creases, dents, moisture damage, or even loss of the product. By purchasing from Home of Bricks, you acknowledge the risk of possible damages or loss, and understand that Home of Bricks is not liable for any such occurrences. Delivery times vary based on your shipping address, typically ranging from 3-14 business days after the parcel is handed over to our shipping partners. For more information, please click here.
2. Advice to our Customers
Take your time to complete your order to ensure you select the correct item. Be sure to apply any coupon codes before submitting your order.
We strongly DISCOURAGE box collectors from buying from us. Since we cannot guarantee the condition of boxes during transit, we recommend purchasing from a physical LEGO vendor to ensure the perfect box condition for your collection.
Additionally, please compare prices of your desired product to ensure you are getting the best deal, as we do not accept returns or refund requests for this reason.
3. Return Policy
All purchases made on our site are final. Generally, no returns or full refunds will be issued. Returns for refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturer defect (creases and dents to the boxes are excluded).
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
- The customer agrees to incur a restocking fee of 10% of the original product's purchase price plus the shipping cost for the return. Additionally, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
For example, if a customer orders products A and B, each costing RM100, with a total shipping cost of RM8.99, and then decides to return product A, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of RM100 (RM10) plus the return shipping cost (RM8.99). If the return procedure is followed, RM81.01 will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
4. Return & Refund Procedure
Customers must initiate the return process by contacting us on WhatsApp at 010-862 2838. You will need to provide pictures of the product as proof that it has not been tampered with. Any tampering will disqualify the product from being returned. Additionally, Home of Bricks will not accept returns that have not been pre-approved. If a customer ships the product back without approval, no refunds will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving the product at their own expense.
Once our staff confirms that the item meets our return policy, we will issue a shipping label for the customer to use. The product must be placed in its original packaging, and the new shipping label should be pasted over the old one. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping label is securely attached to avoid damage during shipment. Home of Bricks will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during return transit. Our staff will instruct you on where to drop off the parcel.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in acceptable condition. Our staff will then confirm the final return status with the customer. If satisfactory, the refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned product.
